Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Cali Roberts graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology in 2022. She is currently in the MEES Doctoral program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She conducts research on microplastic abundance and trophic transfer in species of the Chesapeake Bay.
