Lt Commander Jose Dominguez, PT, OCS a graduate of the UMES Masters of Physical Therapy Class of 2000 was recently featured in the Feb 2014 PTinMotion issue. Jose is currently at the Naval Health Research Center in San Diego, CA. He is completing his PhD research which involves using a virtual reality system with injured service members.
