In November, the NOAA LMRCSC participated in the American Fisheries Society 151st Annual Meeting held in Baltimore, Md. The American Fisheries Society is a non-profit organization that focuses on improving fishery resources and aquatic ecosystems. Since its establishment in 1870, the society has been a catalyst in the advancement of fisheries and aquatic science and the enrichment of professionals in the industry.

This year, the Center served as one of the exhibitors at the meeting, in addition to having students present at the poster session. Take a look below at some of the highlights of the event!
