SALARY: $15.50 P/H
The Activity Monitor will be responsible for monitoring the successful operation of sports, games and or activities in the facility. The Activity Monitor will ensure a positive and safe user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of participants in the program by providing supervision of all activities, and ensuring spaces are clean and supplies are well maintained.
- Screen the entrance of facility; ensure that access is granted to the correct individuals.
- Monitor facility to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist members in sports programming and open play, Monitor games and free play.
- Perform facility inspections and report results to supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the gymnasium.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with the public.
- Must be good with children.
- Current CPR / First Aid certifications a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish, a plus.
