Maryland Department of Agriculture Secretary Kevin Atticks returns as keynote speaker at the second Maryland Agritourism Conference from Nov. 15-17. He is also chair of the Governor’s Intergovernmental Commission for Agriculture and member of the Governor’s Executive Council.
