The success of the Office of Admissions & Recruitment’s Alumni volunteer program depends on a network of volunteers serving in a variety of roles. This program has been established to assist the Office of Admissions & Recruitment in fulfilling its mission to support the recruitment and enrollment goals of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
There are a few different ways to get involved:
- Volunteer at college fairs
- Call and write to prospective students
- Event Support: host receptions, help at campus Open Houses
- Direct referrals of prospective studentsThe goal of this program is to provide fun and valuable volunteer opportunities for our alumni and parents while working to further the mission of the UMES Office of Admissions & Recruitment.
