Hours: Available hours Monday – Friday from 8-4:30

Hourly Rate: $13.25

Qualifications: Must have good customer service because duties will involve interacting with the end users on campus in person and on the telephone. Some computer experience would be preferred but all will be trained.

Duties: working with the PC Technicians solving helpdesk tickets, including installing software, hardware and basic troubleshooting and answering the helpdesk.
