This course introduces the fundamental principles of microelectronics and nanoelectronics, focusing on the operation, modeling, and applications of semiconductor devices. Topics include the physics of semiconductors, p-n junctions, MOSFETs, BJTs, and emerging nanoelectronic devices. Emphasis is placed on the analysis and design of circuits using these devices, as well as the impact of scaling on device performance in modern micro and nanoscale technologies.
