UMES Non-Traditional Students Program (NTS) is a holistic wrap around services that help adult learners finish their program of choice. This program promotes personal, academic, emotional, and social growth to help students reach their academic and professional goals. You will not be alone on this journey; you will have others just like you.
We provide online degree programs. Classes are offered in-person, online and hybrid format to help meet your daily schedules for adults just like you. We have dedicated trained professionals who will assist you from start to finish.

Goal: To provide resources catered to a non-traditional student lifestyle, allowing for educational growth at your own pace.
UMES ADULT LEARNERS :
- Adults with High School Diploma
- 25 years or older
- Are a parent or caring dependents
- Are employed while attending school
- All Stop Out Students
- Are an active reserve member of military veteran
- Has some college credit
UMES will be offering some online degree programs that will fit your daily life starting this fall. So, don’t wait. When preparation and opportunity intersect, great things happen. Attend UMES to get prepared!
