The UMES School of Agricultural and Natural Sciences (SANS) is gearing up to host as many youths as possible this summer with the expressed goal of exposing the next generation to the benefits of scientific discovery and the educational and career opportunities available in the fields of agriculture and natural sciences. 

Summer programs include: the Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Program, June 3 through August 9; the Student Enrichment & Experiential Learning (SEEL) Program,  June 17 through August 2; the Geospatial Bridge Program, June 30 through August 9; the Coastal Marine Sciences (CMARS) Program, July 7 through July 19; the AgDiscovery Summer Enrichment Program,  July 14 through July 27; the Junior Academy of Science & Technology (JAST) Program, August 5 through August 9; the Bioenergy and Bioproducts Education (BBEP) Program, July 15 through July 19; and the Project SEED (Socially Engaged Entrepreneur Development) Program, dates  to be announced.
