The Center for Student Excellence at the School of Agricultural and Natural Sciences will host the SANS Summer Research Symposium on Thursday, Aug. 6.
The symposium, which celebrates summer research accomplishments, will be held from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Engineering and Aviation Sciences Complex (EASC).
The event will feature poster and oral presentations by summer researchers.
More than 120 participants, including faculty mentors and members of the UMES community, are expected to attend.
