Established: December 1997 by the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Maryland.
Purpose: To provide scholarships for residents of the State of Maryland who wish to pursue full-time studies in the College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and who intend to pursue careers in fields related to agriculture and natural sciences.
