Pharmacy Building Opening Celebration

UPDATE: As a result of the strong attendance expected at the morning ribbon cutting ceremony and the potential for threatening weather in the area on Friday evening, the celebration dinner previously scheduled for 6 p.m. that evening, has been postponed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are proud that the University of Maryland Eastern Shore has more health professions programs than any other HBCU in the U.S. Our students not only benefit from hands-on learning – their work also impacts important communities of professionals who work on the front lines of health, business, and so much more.
On April 28, 2023, we will open a new School of Pharmacy and Health Professions building, serving both graduate and undergraduate students studying important health and behavioral health issues that are so critical to our communities. The Celebration will include a 11:00 AM Ribbon Cutting and tour of the new facility for friends, local officials, and alumni.
