The effective date for withdrawals, with regard to refunds and grades, is the date the form is filed at the Office of the Registrar.

Housing canceled after July 1 will be charged a $500.00 breach of contract fee plus the weekly proration amount. Nine (9) days prior to the start of the semester, meal plan cancelations will be charged a 15% penalty fee plus the weekly proration amount.
