CAAS Advising & Your Success
All first-year, full-time students are connected with a CAAS Advisor based on your major. In meetings with your advisor you will:
- create a four-year plan based on your major’s curriculum
- identify campus resources that will support your academic efforts like CAAS Tutoring and Hawk Mentoring
- select courses appropriate for each semester to keep you on track for graduation
- assist with navigation of registration platforms
- evaluate your progress in meeting your degree requirements
- discuss Starfish feedback from your instructors
In addition to the CAAS advisors, you will also have a faculty advisor assigned to help you navigate the complexities of your field of study.
