General Guidelines on Filling out Forms
Attention!
Please submit proposals and applications through the Kuali Research platform ( Kuali Auth )to the Office Research at least 10 days prior to submission deadline, to allow time for review, routing and submission.
Any requested sub-recipient commitment forms, or letters of support will NOT be signed by the Office of Research until a full proposal application is received for review.
Conflict of Interest Disclosures will be performed on an annual basis, beginning June 1st, 2026. The Office of Research will not submit a proposal for a grant, or obtaining any funding from any external entity, until this is complete. Please submit a fully completed and signed COI to the Office of Research for review. Please submit your completed form to Tysha Palmer at trpalmer@umes.edu.
Any noted conflicts of interest will be reviewed by the Office of Research. Any noted conflicts of interest must adhere to the Conflict of Interest Policy.
