General Guidelines on Filling out Forms

Attention!

Please submit proposals and applications to the Office Research at least 10 days prior to submission deadline, to allow time for review, routing and submission.
Any requested sub-recipient commitment forms, or letters of support will NOT be signed by the Office of Research until a full proposal application is received for review.

You MUST complete and submit the Conflict of Interest Disclosure to the Office of Research PRIOR to submitting a proposal for a grant or obtaining any funding from any external entity.  Please submit a fully completed and signed COI to the Office of Research for review.  Please submit your completed form to Tysha Palmer at trpalmer@umes.edu.  

Any noted conflicts of interest will be reviewed by the Office of Research.  Any noted conflicts of interest must adhere to the Conflict of Interest Policy.
