Bio
Dr. John Jordan is the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services for TidalHealth, located on the Delmarva Peninsula. John is also an Associate Professor for the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. Prior to his current positions, John practiced as the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator and Post-Graduate Year One Residency Program Director for Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC). Before joining the PRMC team in 2001, Dr. Jordan was a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Shore Health System in Easton, MD and Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, DE.
John received his Post-BS Doctorate of Pharmacy degree in 1995 from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Pharmacy. He then completed an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency at Shore Health System in Easton, MD under the guidance of Dr. Thomas Sisca.
Dr. Jordan is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacists. He is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
