The Foreign Language Instructional Center (“FLIC”) at UMES is located inside the Frederick Douglass Library.
Enter the campus via UMES Boulevard. At the stop sign make a left onto Backbone Road. At the next stop sign make a right, going past the guard shack, until you reach the second parking lot on the left (Lot G). The Frederick Douglass Library is immediately adjacent to Lot G. Once inside the Library, FLIC is located on the basement level.
Visitors must obtain a parking permit. Visit the Campus Police to obtain a parking permit. Click here for campus map.
