No refunds or credits will be issued for ARD Symposium registrations.
Substitutions: Substitutions of registrations is permitted prior to April 4. Substitutions after this date will not be permitted.
Photography, Videos, and Audio Recordings: Registration, attendance, or participation in or at ARD meetings, conferences, and other events/activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for ARD’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Attendee Expectations: 1) Be aware of your surroundings and be mindful of your fellow participants so all can have a positive experience. 2) Be kind and considerate to all you encounter. 3) Be professional. Dress and act appropriately. Each attendee is responsible for their own behavior and actions, and will be held accountable. 4) Respect the venue property.
