April 30 | Field Day: Get Your Hands Dirty!

The UMES herb garden grows around 20 different herbs. Some are ready for smelling and tasting; others are still in their seedling phase. It is your chance to get guidance in a real herb farm setting, see an example of a design and participate in planting and seeding.

We will talk about the tools you need and how to use them, soil improvement and product making. Further details will be shared later. We promise it will be fun and tasty!

This field day is reserved for the series’ participants only.

Note: Monthly webinars that offer in depth information, answer questions that come up, facilitate discussion and share results will follow.
