MOCKTAIL BAR REQUEST FORM
The mocktail bar will include: drink mix, ice, blender(s), cups, napkins, decorations for the bar set-up and a member(s) of the UMES Peer Education Network to make and serve the drinks to the event participants. Please submit requests at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
