The Department of Information Technology (IT) is Waters Hall on the UMES campus.  IT provides Helpdesk and computer services and supports the campus data network, telephones systems, classroom technology, computer labs, technology procurement, the data center, email, and network storage. The IT department is open from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. Weekend support can be provided by appointment.

Members of the campus community can submit a request for assistance 24×7 through the help.umes.edu web site.

Waters Hall Computer labs

There are four computers labs in Waters Hall. The labs are available for walk in use and can be reserved through the Helpdesk. WEPA printers are also available for student use. The Waters Hall labs are open from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. Weekend support can be provided by appointment.
