The lesson plan for the Recreation Program was as follows:

Date:  Week 1

WARM UP: – Introduction to Physical Education and how it applies to the industry of transportation/Rules and Regulations of Physical Education.

IN CLASS ASSIGNMENT
Students are required to participate in classroom activities.

Objectives

  1. Students will become familiar with Physical Education and the need to be physically fit
  2. Students will demonstrate their understanding of activities by participating.
  3. Students will be able to discuss the importance of physical education.

Activities
Basketball/Walking 5 miles

Date:  Week 2
