Consultants (Budget)

Fees, honorarium, travel and per diem can be paid to outside consultants working on funded projects. UMES faculty and staff may not serve as consultants on awards make to UMES or other USM institutions without written permission of the President. Please refer to the Faculty Handbook for additional information.
