The UMES Police Department understands that while some people would like to report a crime, some would like to do so anonymously as not to get involved. This form gives you the choice to report information about a crime or other incident without including your name and contact information. THIS FORM IS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Please provide as much information about the incident as possible.
