The mission of the PGA is to serve the PGA of America Members and Grow the Game. The focuses of the PGA are the following: to maximize the value of PGA of America Membership, promote the value of PGA programming and the Association’s stature in the game, relentlessly perpetuate and protect the financial health of the Association, the Ryder Cup and the PGA Championship, and create a united and performance-based culture rooted in our shared values.
UMES PGA Golf Management Program Mission:
The mission of the PGA Golf Management University Program is to recruit diverse and talented students and develop them into committed professionals by providing educational programs designed to prepare future PGA Members for a lifelong career in golf.
