Conflict of Interest

Attention!

You MUST complete and submit the Conflict of Interest Disclosure to the Office of Research PRIOR to submitting a proposal for a grant or obtaining any funding from any external entity.  Please submit a fully completed and signed COI to the Office of Research for review.  Please submit your completed form to Josh Shockley at jlshockey1@umes.edu.  

Any noted conflicts of interest will be reviewed by the Office of Research.  Any noted conflicts of interest must adhere to the Conflict of Interest Policy.
