Professional Affiliations:
Active member of the American Consortium for Small Ruminant Parasite Control (ACSRPC).  The American (formerly Southern) Consortium for Small Ruminant Parasite Control was formed in 2003 in response to the critical state of the small ruminant industry associated with the emergence of anthelmintic resistant worms. 

Member of the American Society of Animal Science (ASAS) since 1980. 

Member of the International Goat Association.

Extension Research and Outreach Projects:
Projects on the performance of sheep and goats to manage unwanted vegetation.

Use of CIDRs for estrus synchronization in sheep and goats to enhance year-round lamb and chèvon availability.

Education and training on integrated gastrointestinal parasite management in small ruminants.
