Guest Editorship

The African Journal of Criminology and Justice Studies (AJCJS) occasionally publishes special issues guest-edited by a colleague or colleagues knowledgeable about a special theme. The prospective guest editors should send a proposal for the special issue along with the resumes of the guest editors as one file uploaded in the article submission window of the journal. Upon approval by the Editor-In-Chief and the Managing Editor, the guest editors will solicit papers to be submitted directly to them, subject the papers to peer-review and, submit final drafts of accepted papers to the Editor-In-Chief and the Managing Editor for final review and approval before publication. Authors of articles in the journal retain the copyright to their articles but a reprint of the articles elsewhere should acknowledge AJCJS as the original publishers.
