Generally biographical sketches including pertinent publications, 3-5 years professional experience, training, other relevant information of the principal investigator(s) and senior faculty and professional collaborators should be included. Many Federal grants limit the number of pages you can submit (PHS 398 revised limits the number of pages to 25).
You may want to take time, early in the preparation process, to design the best biographical sketch, since significant weight is placed on the training and experience of the proposed personnel.
