PRINCESS ANNE – March 30, 2010-The Richard A. Henson Honors Program Inaugural Speakers Forum will host on talk on “National Security and Civil Liberties” at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore on Tuesday, April 6, from 11 a .m. to noon in Hazel Hall, Room 2040.

Brig. Gen. Neal T. Robinson, the former director of the Air Force Cryptologic Office at Fort George G. Meade in Maryland and vice commander of Headquarters Air Intelligence Agency at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, will serve as the keynote speaker.

The Air Force Cryptologic Office is the Air Force’s authoritative representative for signals intelligence and information security. It is collocated with the National Security Agency and Central Security Service.
