Students who are registered in another locality within Maryland can request an absentee ballot as they are attending university away from their residence address
The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail is 5 p.m. Tuesday, October 20th. Applications can be submitted online click here for more information
****Recent change in the law requires the State Board of Elections and each local board of elections to refer to absentee ballots as “mail-in ballots” and absentee voting as “mail-in voting.” Please note that this change in terminology does NOT change the process of mail-in voting.
