DEADLINES
The deadline to register to vote for the November 5th 2024 Presidential Election is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15.
The deadline to request an absentee/ mail-in ballot by mail in Maryland is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
We encourage those requesting an absentee ballot to not wait until the deadline to allow time for mail delivery.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
In order to register to vote for this election, you must be at least 18 years of age on or before the November 5, 2024 General Election.

Please DO NOT become a victim of identity theft. Do not share your personal information with strangers.
FYI
Once registered, check your polling place to know where you should vote on Election Day for in person voting. Remember to bring a valid form of photo identification with you to the polling place (State Driver’s License, DMV-issued identification card, UMES Student ID, etc.).
The polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day (November 5th 2024) in Maryland.
