UMES Bridge to Doctorate
About the Program
Unifying themes among the participating BD-UMES graduate programs are nutrient management, water quality, agricultural biotechnology, and natural resource sciences. These are collectively housed within the UMES School of Agricultural and Natural Sciences (https://www.umes.edu/sans/). Applying students should possess skills/ interests in the environmental sciences including: habitat restoration, estuarine and marine science, vegetation management, wildlife ecology, environmental microbiology, and geophysical sciences.
