PRINCESS ANNE, MD – Dr. Ernest P. Boger, chairman of the Department of Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, has written a 17-page chapter entitled “International Tourism” for the 12th<\/sup> edition of “Hospitality and Tourism” with Robert A. Brymer and Kathryn Hashimoto, editors. The text book was released the beginning of the fall 2007 school term by Kendall\/Hunt Publishing Company of Dubuque, Iowa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boger describes the content as “a broad and reasonably comprehensive introductory exposure to the subject of international tourism.” A detailed content outline, review questions and references are included. The 10th<\/sup> edition of this same textbook featured Boger as author of the chapter “Attractions Management.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boger has published over 100 entries in referred journals, hospitality trade periodicals, textbooks and webzines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
