PRINCESS ANNE, MD – With a mission that blends academics and art, the Mosely Gallery at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore manages a year-round program of exhibits, with artists using a variety of media, from across the world and within the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The artists contributing to the gallery’s next exhibit are close to home. The members of the Artists’ Co-Op are all from the greater Salisbury area. At this point, the membership is also all female, though not necessarily by design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art lovers who visit area private galleries will recognize the names of many of those whose work will be on display. They include: Marie Cavallaro, April Devlin, Ann Eelman, Paula Hepburn, Angela Herbert-Hodges, Nancy Mysak, AinaNergaar-Nammack, Gloria Smith, Betty Sur, Sue Thomas and Marge Violetta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The exhibit opens with a reception from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 2. It will remain in the Mosely Gallery through Thursday, December 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
