The HAWKS S.H.A.R.E.S. program is able to serve members of the UMES community by asking individuals to complete this Intake Form prior to meeting with a HAWKS S.H.A.R.E.S. team member. This will allow us to better meet your needs and ensure we have the resources available. Once the request is processed (usually within 2 business days) you will be contacted to schedule a time to meet with a member of the HAWKS S.H.A.R.E.S. Program team. After submitting the intake form, students in need of emergency food assistance may the Office of Residence Life and speak with a front desk staff member. A single one-day emergency supply will be available with information on nearby resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once the submitted intake form request is processed (usually within 2 business days) the student will be contacted to schedule a time to meet with a member of the HAWKS S.H.A.R.E.S. Program team after which time the student may receive a three-day food assistance pack.
