The results of your academic Advisement Report will be used as a tool to certify completion of your degree requirement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>Who can access my Academic Advisement Report?<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your Academic Advisement Report can be accessed by all academic department advisors and chairs along with select members of the administration who are aware of your degree requirements and are available to help you understand its results.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>What if I believe my Academic Advisement Report is incorrect?<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe the results of your&nbsp;<strong>Academic Advisement Report<\/strong>&nbsp;are incorrect, you should first contact your academic advisor or the chair of the department hosting your major. Unused courses can include classes you have failed or from which you have withdrawn, along with successfully completed courses in excess of what is needed for graduation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>What are Alternative Credits?<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many majors suggest (some majors require) that students explore alternative course work as a part of their university studies as a way to enhance their regular lecture and laboratory experiences. These&nbsp;<strong>Alternative Courses<\/strong>&nbsp;can be defined as cooperative education, directed study, independent study, internship, online, practicum, research, study abroad, and others. Enrollment during non-mandatory terms (e.g. Winter Term and Summer Sessions) may also constitute&nbsp;<strong>Alternative Credits<\/strong>. Their results are considered unofficial and do not, in any case, constitute final approval, satisfaction, or revision of requirements.
