The students educate the community on various topics that they choose, such as osteoporosis, deep vein thromboses, back pain and posture, fall risk, walking aids, running shoes, ergonomics and many other topics. Participating in the Health and Wellness Festival provides students the opportunity to have hands-on experience with health promotion and community health, an important role of all health care professionals.
