Bell<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday, October 17, 2017<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>University of Maryland Eastern Shore representatives signed an agreement today with a group of 10 Technical Universities in Ghana-a catalyst for scientific cooperation and outreach between the institutions.&nbsp; The linkage promotes development in Ghana while broadening international experiences for students at the Princess Anne campus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis Memorandum of Understanding is the foundation (for the collaboration) and symbolizes the president&#8217;s vision from &#8216;Excellence to Eminence&#8217; is global in nature,\u201d said Dr. Emmanuel Acquah, director of UMES&#8217; International Development Program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to partner with Ghana Technical Universities,\u201d said UMES President Juliette B.
