Dr. Rondall Allen, University of Maryland Eastern Shore Provost, designed the Provost Faculty Fellows program to provide leadership and administrative experience for faculty members.

“I hope this program provides a foundation for faculty who aspire to assume leadership roles in a College or School or the Office of the Provost,” Allen said. “I also hope the faculty learned that being people-centered is a key ingredient of a successful leader.”

All faculty are eligible to apply to the Provost Faculty Fellows program, and up to 10 faculty members are selected to participate annually. Fellows receive a stipend and up to $2,500 for professional development.
