The number of housekeepers will depend on the students.<\/li><li>Housekeepers will put buckets where leaks are. We will have three housekeepers checking the buildings.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Electrician<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Before:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make sure all Generators are functioning properly.<\/li><li>Make sure all Generators are fuel up with the proper Fuel\/Gas.<\/li><li>Provide JT Williams with Small Generator for IT server.<\/li><li>Provide Infirmary with Small Generator to plug Refrigerators in, for Cold Medicines.<\/li><li>Make sure all Emergency Lighting is functioning properly.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Steam Plant<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Before:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prevent &amp; maintain the boiler plant from flooding.<\/li><li>Insure that sump pump are operational &amp; placed in their proper locations<\/li><li>Install drain plugs to prevent water from entering plant from drains<\/li><li>Place absorbent socks at the bottom of doorways to prevent water from entering<\/li><li>Secure items outside steam plant&nbsp;(drums, pallets, etc.)<\/li><li>Place item inside of steam plant in a higher level (power washer, shop vac, etc.)<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Safety<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Before:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Survey the entire campus for safety conditions and coordinate corrected actions with Mark<\/li><li>Make sure a driver or (drivers) is available for emergency evacuation<\/li><li>Make sure all vehicles are serviced and gas up<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HVAC\/Plumbing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Before:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check operation of backhoe and ensure fuel tank is topped off.<\/li><li>Check operation of Bobcat and ensure fuel tank is topped off.<\/li><li>Check to see if we have an adequate supply of sand to fill sand bags.<\/li><li>Check to see if we have an adequate supply of sand bags.<\/li><li>Check operation of two mud hogs, top of fuel tanks, be sure we have suction and discharge hoses.<\/li><li>Check operation of numerous smaller pumps, be sure we have adequate discharge hoses, and be sure we have an adequate supply of extension cords.<\/li><li>Check electricians to ensure we have at least four operational portable generators.<\/li><li>Check to be sure everyone has flash lights, raincoats and boots.<\/li><li>Check to be sure all work trucks are topped off with fuel.<\/li><li>Check everyone\u2019s contact phone number.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maintenance Residence Halls<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Before:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make sure all residence halls emergency lights are working<\/li><li>Provide flashlights and batteries to RA\u2019s and Directors in the Residence Halls,<\/li><li>Check all exit lights in residence halls<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>After:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make sure all elevators are working<\/li><li>Reset all alarms system as needed,<\/li><li>Make sure proper lighting are restored in the residence halls<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maintenance Administrative Buildings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Before:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check all roofs for loose debris<\/li><li>Make sure there is no equipment or supplies on any roofs or on any overhead areas<\/li><li>Board up any opening that need to be covered<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>After:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check to see where we had leaks and dry-in as soon as possible<\/li><li>Check for broken windows<\/li><li>Check for any building damage<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grounds Before: Clean ALL drains on roadways and at building entrances Help with filling sand bags Equipment &#8211; Make sure all chainsaws and pole saws are operational After: Clean up fallen branches and clear drains as necessary.
