In November, the NOAA LMRCSC participated in the American Fisheries Society 151st Annual Meeting held in Baltimore, Md. The American Fisheries Society is a non-profit organization that focuses on improving fishery resources and aquatic ecosystems. Since its establishment in 1870, the society has been a catalyst in the advancement of fisheries and aquatic science and the enrichment of professionals in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, the Center served as one of the exhibitors at the meeting, in addition to having students present at the poster session. Take a look below at some of the highlights of the event!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
