He then earned an M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Connecticut in 2023. In 2025, he began pursuing a Ph.D. in the Marine, Estuarine, and Environmental Science program at the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science with Dr. Ryan Woodland and Dr. Carys Mitchelmore.
