In her research, she investigated new technology to be used in the post-harvest processing of oysters to reduce the occurrence of pathogens, particularly Vibrios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caitlyn graduated from Rowan University in May 2018 with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Biology.
