She also attended Brooklyn College and received a M.A. degree in Biology in 2012, after&nbsp;which she enrolled at UMES. Detbra worked with Dr. Joseph Pitula on a project that examined the impacts of harmful dinoflagellates and&nbsp;<em>Vibrio sp<\/em><em>.<\/em>&nbsp;in oyster aquaculture sites in the Delaware Inland Bays.
