Brian Galvez

NOAA-EPP LMRCSC Master’s Graduate
M.S., Natural Resources, Fisheries
Delaware State University

Brian worked under Dr. Stacy Smith at Delaware State University where he studied feeding ecology of Atlantic weakfish in the Delaware Bay. He attended Humboldt State University for his undergraduate and received his degree in marine biology.  Brian is passionate about fisheries science, and plans to get involved in anything that he can with regard to fisheries. He completed his master’s degree in Natural Resources with specialization in fisheries in spring 2019. Brian is now employed by NOAA at the Northeast Fisheries Science Center.
