André received his B.S. in Marine Environmental Science, with a GIS minor, from Elizabeth City State University in 2015. He joined the LMRCSC in 2016 as a master’s student under the advisement of Dr. Brad Stevens and worked on feeding dynamics of black sea bass.  He graduated in spring 2019 and is currently working at the Woods Hole, MA Aquarium.
