The successful candidate will serve as a UTA for Math 112 (Calculus I) and\/or Math 211 (Calculus II), providing additional support to the instructor and the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-header-secondary-bg-color-color\"><strong><mark>Responsibilities will include:<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Working with the instructor to provide meeting times\/locations for the students to obtain assistance from the teaching assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Working with the students to find the best times to provide assistance and additional support outside of the classroom hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Where possible, the teaching assistant will hold a study session each week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Grade homework assignments given during the semester and provide the grades to the instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Teaching Assistant will be provided with the template for the next quiz\/test for that week, along with copies of the homework assignment.
